A: It may sound a little crazy, with today’s way of doing business, but we do not use contracts. There has never been a customer that was asked to sign a contract by us. We do not believe in them, have never found a need to have a customer sign one, and therefore, we do not require them. Let’s just shake hands and do business as long as we are alive.
· Q: Am I responsible for my waste after you pick it up?
A:Yes. The generator is responsible for their waste from cradle to grave. In 1976 (RCRA) Resource Conservation and Recovery Act was initiated due to illegal and unethical dumping of waste material.
